About Service

  • How to Buy a Pass?
    Book and pay through https://roamiride.com/#book-a-service
  • How far in advance can I buy a Roami Pass?
    We require traveler(s) to book at least one day in advance.
  • How long is Roami Pass valid?
    The validity based on the package purchased. Options include a one-day pass and consecutive 3 or 7-day passes. You are given a pin code to access the application and can only be used on the specified date (that you chose when the purchase was made).
  • Is the pass refundable?
    Unfortunately, the pass is non-refundable. If you need to make changes to the date or number of passengers, please contact our customer service for assistance via WhatsApp
  • Is it possible to modify the validity date of the pass?
    Absolutely! We provide you with the convenience of date flexibility. You can make changes to your booking with 3 (three) days’ advance notice. If you change the date in less than 3 (three) days before the specified date, additional fees may apply. Please get in touch with our customer service team via WhatsApp for any changes.
  • Is it possible to modify the number of passengers after completing the purchase?
    Yes, of course. We are happy to assist you. Please get in touch with our customer service team via WhatsApp for any changes.
  • Is it possible to transfer a pass to someone else or use them under a different name than the one they were purchased for?
    Unfortunately, passes are non-transferable and must be used only under the name for which they were purchased.
  • Do I need to buy a Pass for my kids?
    If you're traveling with children, here's some good news! Kids under 100 cm enjoy free of charge, as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a pass
  • Is a seat number assigned with the Pass?
    Pass does not assign seat numbers. With a valid pass, you can board any available seat in the car of your choice.
